Brief:HSR-S Booster Pump Sequencing Relay is designed for automatic control of multi-pump pressure boosting systems. It can control one, two or three pumps according to the demand signals from three pressure switch inputs, P1, P2 and P3. The controller provides three independent thermal protection inputs, S1, S2 and S3, corresponding to pump outputs H1, H2 and H3. A pump is permitted to operate only when its corresponding thermal protection input is energized. If a thermal overload relay trips, only the affected pump is removed from the operating sequence, while the remaining available pumps can continue operating. HSR-S also provides automatic pump sequencing and rotation. After the preset DT interval has elapsed, the controller changes the active pump or pump combination among the available pumps, helping balance operating time and reduce uneven mechanical wear. The DT rotation interval can be selected from 10 minutes to 12 hours, with an OFF setting available when automatic time-based rotation is not required. Designed for booster pump systems, water supply systems and multi-pump pressure control applications, HSR-S provides a simple and reliable solution for automatic pump sequencing, alternation and protection.
